About
Hi, I’m Disha, a health economist, researcher, and consultant.
After obtaining a postgraduate degree in Economics and Health Policy, I began my career evaluating out-of-hospital and integrated care services in the NHS. Over the years, I have worked in various research and non-research roles at NHS England, LSE Health, and Boston Consulting Group.
Venturing beyond research roles, I’ve delivered national policy initiatives in the NHS, supported multi-organisation transformations, developed analytical and planning tools for Integrated Care Systems and advised on international health systems. Today, I specialise in training and consulting on projects with organisations in the out-of-hospital space.
Eudaimonia
At Eudaimonia, I work with clients who are pioneering health and wellbeing in homes, local communities, or workplaces. Together, we tackle tricky questions around adoption, impact, and policy in the out-of-hospital health space.
With extensive experience in the UK health system and a record of delivering projects involving cross-functional collaboration, I am well-positioned to help in topics like the above with a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches.

Out of Hospital Space
Between rising ill health caused by chronic disease, overburdened hospitals, health inequalities and the spread of misinformation, health outside hospital walls is becoming crucial to address.
These challenges raise many questions about developing evidence-based health support, services and products designed for use outside hospital walls. Which services / products have the potential to have a meaningful impact? How should policy adapt? What does effective use of these services and products look like?
Questions of 'what actually works' in the out of hospital service and products space became more personal as I supported the care of family members during the pandemic. Faced with an ever expanding array of products, technologies and services, it was not easy to navigate which interventions 'make a real difference'.
So, bringing my professional and personal experiences together, I started Eudaimonia, a research company dedicated to the out-of-hospital space, to help organisations answer questions around adoption, impact and policy.
