There could be various reasons to do an evaluation, but the first step is to be clarify objectives. Addressing these objectives requires good research design embedded in a project where multiple teams and users can contribute.
From evaluation design and framework to data collection, analysis, reporting and communications, I’ve supported clients across the process. I bring a mixed methods approach and experience developing insights with large, cross functional and organisation teams as well as work on business case evaluation for national policy programmes.

Enabling Adoption & Customer Success
Proving impact requires that a critical mass of customers use and get value from your products or services. In a typical customer journey, there can be multiple issues to address or firefight, so what should you focus your time and resources on to drive impact?
Central to this work is deep customer research to understand what 'impact' and 'success' means for users and other stakeholders. The aim is to identify addressable barriers to adoption and prioritise the most impactful changes across product development, the customer success journey or building relevant partnerships. I bring a toolkit for deep customer research, proven experience working with global technology companies, and a big-picture understanding of the UK's health system.
Who is it for?: Providers of digital health products and services who want to enable sustained adoption, develop an in-depth understanding of the customer base and refresh customer success best practices.

Stand-alone Data or Policy Analysis
Sometimes, you need a systematic and focused look into a specific data or policy question in the out-of-hospital space.
It might be an analysis of population trends significant for the health space you are working on. Or it could be a policy review to understand where your product or service strategy aligned with national or local policy trends?
Who is it for?: Providers, commissioners/ funders or other partners who want to address a standalone research question in an out-of-hospital space.
